To cover or not to cover? That is the question.

Ok, so have a dilemma. 

I bought this footstool to recover as it is the perfect size and has beautifully detailed legs. 

Problem is, hubster hates the chintzy fabric I was hoping to use. 

I have since put it on a local selling site but it has occurred to me that I could do a CROCHETED cover for it!!!

He likes my crochet blankets as I do them in bold reds, whites and burgundy so I'm now toying with the option of doing this instead. 

What do you reckon?

Keep or sell?
