'Tea' lights

As you saw in the earlier blog, I acquired some wall lights and candelabras amongst my haul at the boot sale this morning: 




As I am impatient, I wanted to put them up straight away. 


I did not want to wire them in and use modern electricity though. 

Certainly not!


Tea lights!!!!

Out came the wiring and on went the teacups!






Don't they look quirky?!

Hubster is being made rather miserable by his long suffering virtues :(

(I'm being extra nice to him today) ;)

    Just wondering what colour paint you used for that big photo frame and sideboard? I have a project in mind which this colour would be perfect for :)

    It was a colour I mixed myself with cream, blue and a touch of black. I call it French Grey. More info on the post under 'The Repurposed Drinks Cabinet' on this blog :)
